Our Team and structure
UPO workforce is 265 personnel including full times, part time, consultants, seconded staff and volunteers, the table illustrates our workforce. The staff are recruited base on quality, experience and commitment to work in the non-profit sector.
The core competencies summarise the capabilities that are important across all jobs and that we believe collectively contribute to the UPO overall success. At the same time, the importance of Core Competencies may vary according to the specific job duties and requirements. However, UPO works toward developing talent, organisational alignment of the working staff and align their ability, willingness and behaviour with the needs, priorities, and goals of the Organisation, while keep involving in strategic networks and keeping eyes on the long terms and stratigic objectives.
